Moniepoint 2025 Informal Economy Report Campaign

Moniepoint’s 2025 Informal Economy Report was developed to deepen understanding of Nigeria’s informal sector and its role in economic activity, financial inclusion, and digital adoption.

My Role

I led the campaign as the single point of ownership, responsible for shaping how the report was promoted, how it appeared across digital channels, and how all moving parts came together around launch.
Throughout the project, I managed alignment with Moniepoint as an external partner, ensuring all outputs supported agreed objectives, timelines, and expectations while maintaining TechCabal Insights’ editorial and brand standards.

Step One: The Challenge

The core challenge was promoting a research-heavy report in a crowded digital environment without diluting its seriousness or credibility. The campaign needed to attract attention, sustain interest, and communicate relevance to a highly informed audience that included policymakers, operators, and ecosystem stakeholders.
This required balancing visibility with substance, and ensuring the campaign felt purposeful rather than superficial.

Step Two: The Solution

I designed and executed a structured promotional campaign focused on clarity, consistency, and reach. The approach centred on developing a clear content action plan that supported the report launch and ensured coordinated execution across channels. I oversaw the production of insight-led infographics as well as  video that highlighted key findings from the report in a visually engaging, accessible format, suitable for social distribution.

Step Three: The Results

The campaign generated 23,320+ total impressions, reached 11,074+ users, and drove 1,065 clicks from social channels. Beyond the numbers, the campaign successfully amplified awareness of the report during its launch period and supported engagement with its findings among the intended audience.
